The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has approved a $25,000 reward for information leading to the apprehension and/or conviction of the person(s) responsible for the murder of Susan Leeds, who was found inside her car in the parking structure of the Promenade on the Peninsula shopping center in Rolling Hills Estates last May.
